Saucy Steak

  1. Coat beef steak pieces with flour, pound into beef.
  2. Brown beef in oil in 10-inch skillet, push beef to side.
  3. Cook and stir onion in oil until tender; drain.
  4. Add enough water to potato liquid to measure 1 cup.
  5. Mix potato liquid, catsup, Worcestershire sauce, pepper flakes, instant bouillon, salt and pepper; pour on beef and onion.
  6. Heat to boiling.
  7. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer until beef is tender, 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours. Rinse beans under running cold water.
  8. Add potatoes and beans to skillet.
  9. Heat to boiling, reduce heat.
  10. Cover and simmer until beans are tender, 10 to 15 minutes.
