Weight Watchers Stir-Fried Cabbage

  1. In 10-inch nonstick skillet, heat margarine over high until bubbly and hot.
  2. Add celery and cook, stirring quickly and frequently, for 1 minute. Add cabbage, bell pepper and onion; continue to stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp, 2 to 3 minutes. Add soy sauce and pepper.
  3. Stir well. Cook for 1 minute longer.
  4. Makes 4 servings.
  5. Each serving provides 1 3/4 vegetable exchange, 1/2 fat exchange.
  6. Per serving contains 40 calories, 1 g protein, 2 g fat, 5 g carbohydrate, 33 mg calcium, 508 mg sodium and 0 mg cholesterol.
