Broccoli Bread

  1. Roll out bread dough on floured pastry sheet to form a 14-inch circle.
  2. Defrost broccoli and chop, if using spears.
  3. Lay Provolone cheese on dough, next add pepperoni slices, Mozzarella cheese, broccoli, Colby and top with Parmesan cheese.
  4. Bring sides and ends of the pastry up to the top and pinch to seal.
  5. Bake 25 minutes at 350u0b0.
  6. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
  7. This bread can be used as an appetizer or as a main dish served with a fresh garden salad.
