Blue Cheese Ranch Dressing
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 small garlic clove, pressed
- 2 ounces mashed blue cheese
- 2 ounces crumbled blue cheese
- 2 tablespoons minced shallot
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 4 teaspoons finely chopped fresh chives
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon whole grain Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
- Combine all ingredients in a 1-qt. glass jar with a tight-fitting lid. Cover and shake vigorously to blend. Chill 30 minutes. Refrigerate in covered jar up to 1 week. Shake well before serving.
