Winter Squash Chai Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0. In a large bowl, use a mixer to beat together sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add squash, eggs, chai, and vanilla and stir until well blended. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, spices, and nuts and stir just until evenly moistened. Pour batter into a buttered 8-inch loaf pan.
  2. Bake until a toothpick inserted in center of bread comes out clean, 45 to 55 minutes. Let cool at least 10 minutes. Serve warm or cool.
