Vickie'S Chicken And Spaghetti
- 1 whole chicken, boiled and deboned or use 4 to 5 chicken breasts
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can water
- spaghetti
- 2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- Brown in skillet, margarine, onion and garlic.
- Add chili powder, tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup and water.
- Stir to mix well.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook for 10 minutes.
- Add chopped chicken.
- Cook spaghetti according to directions on package.
- Place spaghetti in 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Pour sauce over cooked and drained spaghetti.
- Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top and place in oven until cheese is melted.
- Stir.
- Garnish with more cheese if desired.
