Marlin Chowder

  1. Saute onion, celery, green pepper, and crushed garlic in oil in a large Dutch oven until tender. Add tomatoes; simmer, uncovered, 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, except fish; simmer 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Add fish; simmer 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
