Portobello Burgers With Spicy Mayo
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon bottled chili sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 4 medium-size portobello mushrooms, stemmed
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Greek seasoning
- 4 toasted hamburger buns

- Preheat grill to 300u0b0 to 350u0b0 (medium) heat. Stir together mayonnaise, vinegar, chili sauce, crushed red pepper, and Italian seasoning. Coat portobello mushrooms with olive oil; sprinkle with kosher salt, pepper, and Greek seasoning. Grill, covered with grill lid, 7 minutes on each side or until tender. Serve on toasted buns with desired toppings.
