Indonesian Pork Chops(Or Chicken)

  1. Season meat with salt and pepper.
  2. In hot skillet, brown meat on both sides in oil.
  3. Drain peach halves and set aside.
  4. Combine peach liquid and all other ingredients, except pepper and peaches. Pour mixture over browned meat.
  5. Simmer 30 minutes.
  6. Cut peppers into diamond shapes.
  7. Add peppers and peaches when meat is done.
  8. Cover and simmer 5 minutes more.
  9. Serve over fluffy rice and French bread.
