Linguine With Turkey

  1. Cook linguine according to box directions.
  2. Add the broccoli flowerets to the linguine 2 minutes before it is done cooking. When it is finished, drain linguine and broccoli together.
  3. Keep hot.
  4. Meanwhile, saute carrots and celery in margarine 3 minutes. Stir flour into sauteed carrots.
  5. Add chicken broth and sage to vegetable mixture.
  6. Stir in turkey meat until sauce comes to a simmer.
  7. Simmer 1 minute.
  8. Pour over warm pasta in serving bowl. Sprinkle stuffing mix over top.
  9. Serve immediately.
