Pineapple-Banana Jello Salad

• 3 (3 oz.) lime Jello
• 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
• 2 c. miniature marshmallows
• 4 bananas
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 2 Tbsp. flour
• 2 Tbsp. butter
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 c. pineapple juice
• 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
• 2 envelope Dream Whip

1. Mix Jello according to box.
2. Cool (not thick).
3. Drain pineapple (save juice).
4. Add pineapple to Jello.
5. Cover with marshmallows. Slice bananas, drop on top of marshmallows.
6. Let mixture gel.
7. Mix together:
8. sugar, flour, butter, beaten egg, and pineapple juice. Cook until thick.
9. Remove from heat, add cream cheese.
10. Beat with beaters.
11. Let cool.
12. Beat 2 envelopes Dream Whip and add to above. Spread this mixture over Jello.
13. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
