Pepper Steak

  1. Mix paprika and garlic and sprinkle steak strips.
  2. Let set a few minutes.
  3. Brown meat in butter, when well-browned; add beef broth and simmer 45 minutes. Add vegetables to broth and meat and simmer for 7 minutes.
  4. Mix cornstarch water and soy sauce and work into
  5. a paste.
  6. Add to meat and vegetables and cook until thickened.
  7. Serve over wild rice or chow mein noodles.
