Fish Florentine(Microwave)

  1. Microwave spinach in a 1 1/2-quart casserole for 5 to 6 minutes on High; drain.
  2. Layer mushrooms and fish over spinach. Combine milk, flour, salt and tarragon, mixing well.
  3. Add margarine.
  4. Microwave 2 to 3 minutes on High or until mixture boils and thickens.
  5. Stir in lemon juice.
  6. Pour mixture over fish. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
  7. Cover.
  8. Microwave 7 to 10 minutes on High or until fish flakes.
