Impossible Lasagna Pie
- 1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella
- 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
- 1 c. milk
- 2/3 c. Bisquick
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- paprika
- Grease a 10-inch microwavable pie plate.
- Layer cottage cheese and Parmesan cheese in pie plate.
- Mix ground beef, 1/2 cup Mozzarella, oregano, basil and tomato paste; spoon evenly over top. Beat milk, eggs, Bisquick, salt and pepper until smooth (15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater).
- Pour into pie plate.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Microwave uncovered on inverted plate on Medium-high (70%) rotating pie plate 1/4 turn every 6 minutes.
- (Total cooking time is 18 to 22 minutes.)
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
