Creamy Chicken Stir-Fry
- 6 chicken breasts
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 bunch (bag) fresh broccoli
- 6 carrots
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of lemon pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. sweet paprika
- 1 bag noodles (vegetable or plain)
- Brown chicken; drain.
- Use a wok.
- Add broccoli, carrots, red pepper and onion.
- Saute crisp.
- Add dry seasonings:
- salt, lemon pepper and garlic salt for 10 minutes.
- Make sure vegetables are crisp.
- Do not overcook.
- Let chicken cool.
- Take and add teaspoon paprika.
- Boil noodles until done.
- Mix chicken, vegetables and noodles together.
- Add cream of chicken soup and you have a tasty, quick stir-fry.
