Speedy Skillet Steaks

  1. Combine first five ingredients.
  2. Dredge steaks in flour mixture.
  3. Coat a large skillet with cooking spray.
  4. Add steaks and cook over medium heat 5 minutes on each side.
  5. Drain on paper towels and wipe skillet clean.
  6. Return steaks to skillet.
  7. Add wine, water and onion.
  8. Cover and simmer 6 minutes or until steaks are tender.
  9. Add tomato wedges to skillet.
  10. Cover and simmer 2 minutes or until completely heated.
