Broiled Salmon With Honey And Vermouth
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons dry vermouth or white wine
- 1 1/2 teaspoons grated peeled fresh ginger
- 1 1/2 teaspoons country-style Dijon mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 (6-ounce) salmon fillets (about 1 inch thick)
- Cooking spray
- Preheat broiler.
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl; stir with a whisk. Place salmon on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray; brush with half of honey mixture. Broil 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, basting frequently with remaining honey mixture.
