Tuna Fiesta Soft Tacos

  1. In large bowl, combine mayo, garlic salt, lemon pepper, tuna, celery, egg, onion, bell pepper and pimiento.
  2. Mix thoroughly. Place generous 1/2 cup filling on one side of each tortilla.
  3. Top with lettuce and cheese.
  4. Fold tortillas over; serve with salsa, if desired.
  5. Makes 6 servings.
