Hamburger Hot Pot

  1. In skillet, lightly brown ground beef; drain well.
  2. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper; set aside.
  3. Place half the potatoes and half the onions in greased crock-pot.
  4. Add browned beef.
  5. Top with remaining potatoes and onions.
  6. Combine mushroom soup and water; spread over top, being sure to moisten and cover evenly.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or high 3 to 4 hours.
  8. Serves 4 to 6 people.
