Jiffy Coconut Banana Pudding

  1. Prepare your pudding mix according to directions on the box. Arrange the vanilla wafers in a baking dish.
  2. Layer your bananas. Pour the pudding on top of the mixture.
  3. Then repeat the process again.
  4. Keep doing this until you alternate the ingredients and it's used up.
  5. Beat egg whites until foamy.
  6. Add sugar and vanilla flavoring.
  7. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  8. Then spread the meringue over the pudding.
  9. Bake at 425u0b0 until the meringue is lightly browned.
  10. Then take out of oven.
  11. Add coconut flakes.
  12. Put back in oven for about 5 minutes.
  13. Take out of oven. Cool for about 10 minutes.
  14. Bon appetit! Scrumptious!
