Veal, Prosciutto And Parmesan Rolls

  1. Saute onion in butter until softened.
  2. Add the veal; cook for 3 minutes, or until veal is no longer pink.
  3. Transfer mixture to a bowl with a slotted spoon and add the Prosciutto, Parmesan, pine nuts, currants and spices with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Wrap in wontons and seal with a wash of one egg and 1 tablespoon water. Deep fry in vegetable oil.
  5. Makes 50.
