Dog Biscuits

  1. Mix flours together with dry milk and salt.
  2. Dissolve yeast in warm water and let proof 5 minutes.
  3. Gradually beat into flour mixture along with beef broth.
  4. Will be stiff and hard to mix (may need to use your hands).
  5. Let rest 5 minutes, roll out to 1/4 inch thickness.
  6. Cut out dog biscuit shapes.
  7. Place on well-greased cookie sheet.
  8. Brush with egg glaze.
  9. Bake 45 minutes at 300u0b0; turn off heat leaving biscuits in oven overnight to harden.
  10. Store in airtight container.
  11. Add 1/2 teaspoon garlic or 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese for gourmet dogs.
