Sue'S Lasagna
- 12 oz. fat-reduced cottage cheese
- 7 oz. fat-reduced Ricotta cheese
- 3/4 c. fat-reduced Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 jar (14 oz.) fat free spaghetti sauce, divided
- 12 oz. curly edge lasagna noodles, cooked and drained, divided
- 8 oz. (2 c.) fat-reduced Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Spray 13 x 9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In medium bowl mix well cottage cheese, Ricotta cheese, and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese until combined.
- In prepare pan spread 1/4 spaghetti sauce.
- Place layer of 1/3 noodles, spread with 1/2 cheese mixture, 1/3 Mozzarella cheese and 1/4 spaghetti sauce.
- Repeat.
- Top with remaining noodles, spaghetti sauce, Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella cheese.
- Bake 1 hour.
- Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
