  1. In covered roasting pan, place meat.
  2. Add onions, chopped. Bake for 1 hour.
  3. Mix rest of ingredients.
  4. Tie pickling spice into a square cheesecloth material.
  5. Tie and make a small ball.
  6. Pour all over meat, add water (cover).
  7. Bake 4 hours until cooked meat falls apart in 350u0b0 oven (if dry, add more water).
  8. Thicken with flour and water mixed into a paste.
  9. Remove small pickling bag. Shred meat.
  10. Serve on hamburger buns with sweet relish.
