Hawaiian Pineapple Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease and flour bread pans. Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
  3. Stir in pecans.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients in a separate bowl, mix well.
  5. Pour wet mixture into dry mixture, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
  6. Spoon batter into bread pans.
  7. Bake for 1- 1 1/2 hours or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  8. Cool pans for 10 minutes then remove loafs and let cool on wire rack.
  9. Yield 2 loaves.
