Lasagne With White Sauce(Lasagne Con Salsa Balsamella)

  1. Prepare sauces and set
  2. aside.
  3. Cook noodles in boiling water to which you add
  4. olive
  5. oil
  6. to prevent sticking.
  7. When done to "al dente", prepare a
  8. large
  9. baking
  10. pan
  11. and place a layer of sauce, sprinkled
  12. with
  13. a
  14. little Parmesan cheese and pepper. Place a layer of white sauce and repeat process until all ingredients are used, ending
  15. with red sauce.
  16. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until top
  17. of lasagne is golden.
  18. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
  19. Makes 8 servings.
