Lasagne(Serves 12)

  1. Brown meat slowly; spoon off excess fat.
  2. Add next 5 ingredients and simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Cook noodles in large amount of boiling, salted water until tender.
  4. Drain and rinse.
  5. Combine remaining ingredients, except Mozzarella cheese.
