Orzo And Vegetables

  1. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook orzo over medium-high heat 6 minutes.
  2. Add broccoli to pot and cook 4 to 5 minutes longer, until broccoli and orzo are tender.
  3. Drain well. Add artichoke hearts, olives, tomatoes, scallions, oil, vinegar, garlic salt, pepper and chicken to pot, tossing well.
  4. Serve immediately on mixed salad greens.
