Fajita Pizza
- 1 Mamma Mary's Gourmet Pizza crust (Farm Fresh's dairy case)
- olive oil
- chopped green peppers and onions
- ChiChi's mild salsa
- chicken tenders
- about 3/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
- fajita seasoning
- Brush both sides (top and bottom) of the pizza crust with olive oil.
- Set aside.
- Saute green pepper and onion in olive oil until tender.
- Set aside.
- Cut chicken tenders into small pieces and saute in olive oil; sprinkle with fajita seasoning while cooking.
- Spread salsa evenly onto pizza crust.
- Top with peppers and onions.
- Next, spread chicken pieces on top and sprinkle with more fajita seasoning.
- Cover with Monterey Jack cheese.
- Place pizza directly on oven racks in a preheated 450u0b0 oven and bake until golden brown.
- Watch carefully.
