Apple Raisin Bran Muffins

  1. Mix cereal, Dannon nonfat or low-fat yogurt, milk, margarine and egg product; let stand for 5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, blend flour, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon.
  3. Stir in bran mixture just until blended.
  4. Stir in apples and raisins.
  5. Spoon batter into 12 greased 2 1/2-inch muffin pan cups.
  6. Bake at 400u0b0 for 22 minutes or until done.
  7. Serve warm.
  8. Makes 1 dozen.
