Blue Whistler Burger
- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 c. butter (room temperature)
- 1/4 c. finely snipped parsley
- 1/4 c. minced scallions (white part)
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 Tbsp. bottled steak sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. liquid smoke seasoning
- 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 2 soft sandwich buns, split
- Prepare medium hot grill. Place ground beef in large bowl. Set aside. In medium bowl, blend butter with all remaining ingredients, except sandwich buns. Reserve about 4 teaspoons seasoned butter for buns. Blend remaining butter mixture thoroughly into ground beef. Form into 4 (1-inch) thick patties. Grill burgers over medium-hot fire until done, about 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Butter buns. Grill about 1 minute, buttered side down.
