Cornish Hens In Orange Sauce

  1. Cook rice as directed on box and drain.
  2. Combine rice and the following:
  3. onion, 1/2 teaspoon celery salt and parsley.
  4. Then add butter, eggs, garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Mix well and stuff hens with rice mixture.
  6. Place extra rice on bottom of large, deep baking pan.
  7. Arrange hens on top of rice and coat hens generously with whipped margarine.
  8. Sprinkle lightly with additional salt, minced garlic, minced onion and parsley flakes. Bake 1 hour in 375u0b0 oven.
  9. Keep hens moist by basting with prepared Orange Sauce.
