Cheesy Stuffed Pizza Crust Ring
- 1 pound fresh prepared, refrigerated pizza dough
- 8 (1-oz.) mozzarella cheese sticks (such as Polly-O)
- 2 ounces (about 1/2 cup), plus 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- Cornmeal
- 4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup store-bought or homemade marinara sauce
- Meanwhile, combine butter, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and remaining 3 tablespoons oil and 2 tablespoons Parmesan in a bowl. When bread is removed from oven, brush with butter mixture.
