Italian Skillet Supper

  1. Brown ground meat, onion and pepper in a 10-inch skillet; drain.
  2. Combine oats and egg in bowl and mix until oats are coated.
  3. Add oats to meat mixture; cook over medium heat about 3 minutes or until oats are dry, separated and lightly browned, stirring constantly.
  4. Add combined tomato sauce, water, seasoned salt, pepper, garlic salt and oregano; continue cooking for 5 minutes or until liquid evaporates, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Cover and cook 2 to 3 minutes until cheese is melted.
