Chili

  1. Saute onion, green pepper, mushrooms and garlic in water until tender.
  2. Add ground meat and continue to cook on medium heat until browned.
  3. Add tomatoes and spices.
  4. Simmer on low heat for 1 hour. Add beans and heat thoroughly.
  5. Use Tabasco to add as much zip as you and your family like.
