Peaches And Cream Pie

  1. Mix first 7 ingredients until smooth batter.
  2. Pour into pie dish.
  3. Drain peaches (save juice).
  4. Place peaches 1-inch from rim so crust can come up during baking.
  5. Cream cream cheese, sugar and peach juice.
  6. Mix until creamy and pour on top of peaches. Sprinkle with 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar mixed with cinnamon. Bake at 375u0b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
  7. Serve warm or cool. Preparation Time: 20 minutes.
