Broccoli Puff

  1. Cook
  2. frozen
  3. broccoli according to package directions; drain thoroughly.
  4. Placetroccoli cuts in 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
  5. Stir together mushroom soup and shredded cheese. Gradually add milk, mayonnaise and beaten egg to soup mixture, stirring until
  6. well
  7. blended.
  8. Pour
  9. over broccoli in baking dish. Combine
  10. bread
  11. crumbs
  12. and
  13. melted
  14. butter;
  15. sprinkle evenly over
  16. soup mixture.
  17. Bake in moderate oven at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes until crumbs are lightly browned.
