Shrimp On Rice(Servings: 4)

  1. Cook desired amount of rice.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet.
  3. Add garlic and shrimp.
  4. Brown shrimp for 4 minutes, about 2 minutes on each side.
  5. Remove from heat and set aside.
  6. Add in this order: celery, bell pepper, green onions and parsley.
  7. Add salt to taste. Toss lightly for 1 minute.
  8. Add remaining ingredients.
  9. Toss until heated through.
  10. Cook for 5 more minutes.
  11. Serve over rice.
