Birds Eye® Broccoli Stir-Fry With Grilled Tuna
- 4 (6 oz) tuna steaks
- 1 cup stir-fry sauce
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 bag (16 oz) Birds Eye(R) Broccoli Stir-Fry
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 scallions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted, if desired
- Preheat charcoal or gas grill. Season tuna steaks with salt and pepper.
- Grill tuna to your desired internal temperature, basting with 1/2 cup stir-fry sauce during the last 2 minutes of cooking. Remove from grill and let stand.
- Heat oil in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over MEDIUM-HIGH heat. Add broccoli stir-fry and cook for 4 minutes. Add garlic and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 6 minutes.
- Add the remaining 1/2 cup stir-fry sauce, scallions and sesame seeds; cook for 1 minute longer.
- Serve grilled tuna steaks over vegetables.
- Serving Suggestion: Serve with prepared Birds Eye(R) Brown & Wild Rice with Broccoli & Carrots.
