Birds Eye® Broccoli Stir-Fry With Grilled Tuna

  1. Preheat charcoal or gas grill. Season tuna steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill tuna to your desired internal temperature, basting with 1/2 cup stir-fry sauce during the last 2 minutes of cooking. Remove from grill and let stand.
  3. Heat oil in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over MEDIUM-HIGH heat. Add broccoli stir-fry and cook for 4 minutes. Add garlic and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 6 minutes.
  4. Add the remaining 1/2 cup stir-fry sauce, scallions and sesame seeds; cook for 1 minute longer.
  5. Serve grilled tuna steaks over vegetables.
  6. Serving Suggestion: Serve with prepared Birds Eye(R) Brown & Wild Rice with Broccoli & Carrots.
