No One Can Stop You From Eating Cookies For Breakfast
- 2 large eggs
- 1 very ripe banana
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cake flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat your oven to 375u0b0F.
- Grab two bowls. In one, mash together the eggs, banana, and vanilla until it looks like baby food. Put the rest of the ingredients in the second bowl, stir until just combined and make a well in the middle. Pour in the banana mush and use a fork to mix it all up.
- Divide mixture into 2 to 4 (depending on how big you like your cookies). Place on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake until the cookies are golden brown.
