Bacon-Topped Cheese Ball
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 3 Tbsp. grated onion
- 3 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
- 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and finely crumbled
- 1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
- 1/4 c. finely chopped almonds, toasted
- fresh parsley sprigs (optional)
- sliced almonds (optional)
- Combine cream cheese and sour cream in a large mixing bowl; beat at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth.
- Add shredded cheeses, onion, pickle relish, horseradish and seasonings; beat at low speed of electric mixer until well blended.
- Cover; chill thoroughly.
