Crab Casserole
- 4 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
- 4 boiled eggs, cubed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 can shrimp
- 1 can crab
- 1 (4 oz.) jar mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 jar diced pimentos
- 1 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- 2 tsp. dried parsley
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. half and half
- 1/2 c. butter
- paprika
- Combine 4 cups bread crumbs, eggs, salt, pepper, shrimp, crab, mushrooms, pimentos, onion salt and parsley.
- Mix lightly and pour into a large buttered baking dish.
- Mix soup, cream and mayonnaise. Pour over first mixture.
- Mix 1/2 cup bread crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over casserole.
- Sprinkle paprika on top.
- Bake 30 minutes at 325u0b0.
