Anything Curry(Spicy Hot!)
- 2 Tbsp. almond oil
- 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1 large onion, cubed
- 2 large tomatoes, cubed
- 1 jalapeno pepper, cubed
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped ginger root
- 4 Tbsp. wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 lb. chicken chunks, shrimp or vegetables
- water
- 1/2 c. curry powder
- 2 tsp. mustard seed
- 1 Tbsp. turmeric
- 1/4 c. garlic powder
- 1/8 c. chili powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp. ground ginger
- Mix all the spices together in a large bowl.
- Blend well. Pour vinegar, lime juice and enough water to make a thick paste. Set aside.
- Cook onions, peppers, jalapeno and ginger root in oils until soft.
- Add tomatoes and cook down.
