Baked Snapper With Tomato-Orange Sauce

  1. Preheat oven to 400u0b0.
  2. Combine first 8 ingredients in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish. Bake at 400u0b0 for 20 minutes. Arrange fish on top of tomato mixture. Drizzle with oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with foil; bake 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
