Sauteed Snow Peas, Carrots & Bell Peppers
- 2 tablespoons I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!(R) Cooking & Baking sticks
- 1 1/2 cups sliced carrots
- 1 large red bell pepper, sliced
- 4 ounces snow peas (about 1 cup)
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Melt I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!(R) Cooking & Baking sticks in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook carrots, bell pepper and snow peas, stirring occasionally, 6 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds. Stir in parsley and heat through. Season with salt and black pepper.
