Seafood Kabobs(6 Kabobs)
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 2 tsp. snipped parsley
- 1 lobster tail (8 oz.), cut in 6 pieces
- 6 scallops
- 6 shrimp, peeled, deveined and rinsed
- 12 large mushroom caps
- 18 pieces bacon (4-inch)
- 2 sq. green pepper (1-inch)
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- Wrap each piece of seafood in bacon.
- Thread pieces on 10-inch skewers as follows:
- green pepper, lobster, mushroom, scallop, mushroom, shrimp and green pepper.
- Add a cherry tomato to each skewer during the last five minutes of grilling.
- Grill 3-inches from coals for 10 to 12 minutes or until done, turning and brushing frequently with marinade.
