Bacon Topped Cheese Ball
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 3 Tbsp. grated onion
- 3 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
- 1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- bacon bits or 6 slices crumbled bacon
- 1/4 c. fresh parsley
- 1/4 c. chopped almonds
- Combine cream cheese and sour cream in large mixing bowl; beat until smooth.
- Add next 8 ingredients.
- Beat until blended.
- Cover and chill thoroughly.
- Combine bacon, parsley and almonds.
- Stir. Roll cheese ball in bacon mixture.
- Wrap in wax paper and chill. Serve with crackers.
