Pasta Salad
- 1 bunch broccoli
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 small bunch green onions, chopped (4 to 5 stalks)
- 1 can black olives, drained and sliced (optional)
- salt and pepper to taste
- garlic powder to taste
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 pkg. pepperoni, cubed or chopped
- 1 lb. rotini noodles, cooked and drained
- 1 lb. pkg. Monterey cheese, cubed, sliced or shredded
- 1 lb. pkg. Cheddar cheese, cubed, sliced or shredded
- 2 pkg. Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix, prepared to pkg. directions plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
- Cut vegetables into bite size pieces.
- Place all ingredients into large mixing bowl.
- Toss in half of the dressing and mix thoroughly.
- Before ready to serve, add the rest of the dressing according to taste.
- Warning: Makes a lot of pasta salad once all thrown together.
- Serves a crowd.
- Can be prepared a day ahead.
