Hot Mango Chutney Baked Beans

  1. Preheat oven to 325u0b0. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes or until crisp; remove bacon, and drain on paper towels, reserving 1 tsp. drippings in skillet. Crumble bacon.
  2. Saute onion in hot drippings 3 to 4 minutes or until tender.
  3. Stir together onion, pork and beans, and next 5 ingredients; spoon into a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish. Top bean mixture with bacon.
  4. Bake at 325u0b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until bubbly. Serve with a slotted spoon.
