Ham And Turkey Loaf

  1. Chop ham (I use processor); mix with turkey.
  2. Add onion and eggs; mix well.
  3. Break bread into pieces; pour milk over it.
  4. Stir to break up bread, then add to meat.
  5. Combine well.
  6. Spray loaf pan.
  7. Sprinkle brown sugar in bottom; sprinkle pineapple juice over sugar.
  8. Place 3 pineapple rings over sugar.
  9. Carefully spoon meat mixture over pineapple.
  10. Place loaf pan in larger pan with 1 inch water in larger pan.
  11. Bake at 350u0b0 for 45 minutes.
  12. Place 3 more pineapple rings on top; bake 15 minutes longer.
  13. Add more water, if needed.
  14. To serve, loosen edges and invert loaf onto platter. Serve leftovers cold later.
